Return Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase! You have 30 days from the day you receive your items to request a return.

For training products, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags or packaging intact. Unfortunately, for safety and hygiene reasons, dog treats cannot be returned once opened. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

To start a return, email us at primedogtraining@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your items back. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
